Back to the Grind

Back to the Grind, is the phrase that all hustlers know. It means going back to the job at hand. We all have Grinds out there. It doesn't matter if you are doing the corporate grind (In a cubical), if you are a MC workin on an album, if you are on the block moving work, if you are hitting the books to get the grade you want. It doesn't matter....Life is a Grind....If you are living the Life that YOU WANT...you have to be on Your Grind...if not, your living the life that Someone is dictating for u! Man, I had a ball in Miami last week. I kicked it hard, but shit, I got to get back to the Grind now. Play time is over, there's money to make.

spot check

spot check n. An inspection or investigation that is carried out at random or limited to a few instances. Best Buy, Microsoft's U.S. retail partner, also showed no Wi-Fi models available for online ordering, although spot checks had some stores with inventory for in-store pickup. And while giant e-tailer Amazon listed some Surface 2 tablets for sale, many were refurbished units, not new devices.

pertain to

relate to, concern , refer to, regard , e.g. "regulations which pertain to your own specific situation" to relate to someone or something; to have something to do with someone or something.   e.g.  I don't think that anything discussed in this meeting pertained to me.   It really doesn't pertain to the matter at hand.

take apart

1.   Lit.   to   disassemble   something.   (See   also   take  someone  apart .)  Bobby   took   his   bicycle   apart.   You   take   apart  everything   that  is  mechanical.

pan out

pan out in. [for something] to work out or turn out all right. Don’t worry. Everything will pan out okay. pan out v. 1. To prove successful, effective, or satisfactory; turn out well: I'm glad to see that your business plan has panned out. 2. To have some specified result: My plans panned out poorly. See also: out, pan
